Our goldsmith Richard has over 25 years of experience and can help with all manner of jewellery repair and restoration work, including:

• Rejoining chains, fixing broken clasps and earring posts
• Resizing – adjusting the size of rings, necklaces and bracelets
• Secure, replace or reset a variety of stones
• Clean and polish, re-rhodium white gold jewellery
• Commissions and re-modelling

We also have contacts that specialise in pearl and bead jewellery restringing.

Watch Repairs – In-house, we offer minor watch repairs, such as battery replacements, bracelet repairs and adjustments. We also stock an assortment of replacement leather, non-leather and expanding straps. We are happy to work on most watch brands and usually ask you to leave your watch with us for 20-30 minutes. Should your timepiece require more attention, we have a fantastic external watch repairer who can offer a broader range of services. They are specialists in the service, repair, and restoration of timepieces, and their technicians can also replace watch glass, crowns, and stems and reinstate water resistance levels. As a service centre for prestigious brands such as Omega, Rado, Longines, Tissot, and Tag Heuer, we are confident that their technicians will offer expert care and competitive prices.
