A four week programme where you can learn about the transitional phase of menopause and how you can help yourself sail through with manageable symptoms feeling empowered and in control.
Each week will cover a different topic providing information, dietary and lifestyle tips, recipes, supplement information and group support. We will use coaching tools to explore how you specifically can implement changes that will bring you noticeable benefits. You will also have access to lots of the information covered online and to downloadable handouts and recipes.
The group meetings will take place in the new Holistic Health Hub based at The Cut Arts Centre in Halesworth.
Hosted by Rebecca Leonard a registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach you can be assured that the information you will learn is from the latest evidence-based research. Rebecca uses dietary and lifestyle changes to help her clients work toward their health goals from weight loss to managing complex health conditions.
