Spring has sprung, the sun is out, and the birds are singing fit to bust so it’s been great to brush the dust off the garden or patio chairs and enjoy the sunshine. Join us to celebrate the end of spring and the beginning of summer at our Spring Zing tasting of a group of fresh, clean white wines with bright, fruity aromas and a crisp zip in the mouth. The tasting will showcase grape varieties bursting with the fresh, crisp acidity, ideal as an aperitif or to partner dishes such as our brilliant local seafood. We’ll sample wines from the Basque Country, Italy, Spain, France and Croatia and grape varieties from Txakoli to Sauvignon Blanc. Join us to say goodbye and thanks to Spring and celebrate the joys of a bit more than a dash of Spring Zing!
